We are looking for an experienced Business Process Specialist / Business Process Engineer who will play a crucial role in optimizing our client's business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading initiatives to map current processes, identify improvement areas, and implement changes to drive operational excellence across the organization. Additionally, you will monitor teams' performance and provide training to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process mapping exercises to define process architecture and taxonomy
• Identify improvement areas through value workshops and data analysis
• Implement improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma DMAIC, process mining, and waste hunting
• Set up Lean Management Systems to monitor teams' performance and manage services effectively
• Train teams in continuous improvement practices and facilitate problem-solving sessions
• Collaborate with business owners to ensure readiness for process changes and alignment with organizational goals
• Measure and analyze process performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business process mapping, improvement, and change management
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization techniques
• Proficiency in process modeling tools such as BPMN, ARIS, ADONIS or equivalent
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus
• Fluent English is a must
• Knowledge of Celonis is a plus
