Sales Support and Finance Analyst

At Capture, we specialize in IT consultancy. Our primary focus is providing knowledge and software implementation services to our clients, streamlining their daily operations in sectors such as banking, manufacturing, insurance, telecom, FMCG, energy, and transportation.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with the German sales team to ensure that the opportunity is invoiced at the end of the sales process.
• Proactively work with colleagues to ensure that customers receive their invoices and all revenue is collected.
• The role is an important bridge between sales and finance, accurate and precise work is the key to this position.
• Some of the work is done in systems like Zoho CRM and KulcsSoft so it's important that you're confident using these. Yes, there is Excel too but it has well designed spreadsheets, so you need to work in those.

• You have previous experience in a similar field, or at least you've observed the workings of an IT/multi-company.
