Our primary focus is providing Project Portfolio Management knowledge and software implementation services to our clients, streamlining their daily operations in sectors such as banking, manufacturing, insurance, telecom, FMCG, energy, and transportation. What you'll be doing:

  • Your role involves not only planning and execution of ServiceNow projects but also participating in pre-sales activities.
  • Once the project's initial phase is complete, you'll need to supervise its testing.
  • Risk analysis, assessment, and devising solutions to mitigate potential issues will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • We also expect you to map PPM processes, which will need to be operational within the ServiceNow SPM system.

  • You've been craving a safe, cheerful environment for a while now.
  • Beyond IT, you're interested in the business aspect, looking at the big picture rather than short-term success – of course, if the conversation turns to sales, communicating with clients doesn't intimidate you.
  • It's a massive plus if you possess C1-C2/advanced German language skills – some of our work takes place in the Austrian/German region.
  • You have B2/negotiation-level English language skills – this is our official working language, and naturally, more than basic sales tricks come in handy.
  • Prioritization comes naturally to you; you value independence and don't need constant supervision.
  • You have previous experience in a similar field, or at least you've observed the workings of an IT/multi-company.
  • Team play is your style; you enjoy contemplating problems and consider yourself a proactive problem solver.
  • Above all, we're looking for attitude, so even as a junior, we welcome you if you think you can handle ServiceNow.
