Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who enjoys overseeing and managing the invoice issuing process from start to finish. We seek a proactive person who is eager to engage with internal and external partners on a daily basis. A willingness to learn, cooperate, develop, share knowledge, and provide assistance where needed is essential to this role.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including creating and issuing invoices.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external partners.
• Support cash collection activities, oversee aging reports, send client reminders, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Create and manage orders, maintain accurate data forecasts, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Adapt to new challenges quickly and efficiently.

 

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a finance-related role, preferably within an accounting department.
• Education in Business & Economics, with a focus on accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficiency in English (German is a plus but not required).
• Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and a team player.
• Ability to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
